I'm not sure what exactly you want for me to comment on but I'll do my best. Splitters get damaged easily since they are so far forward and our cars are low from the factory. Carbon fiber is extremely brittle and will shatter/break as shown. I would switch to use cables like @Gunman suggests to allow the splitter to move around a little. but then I personally think cables look ugly, so that's up to you. As far as fixing the splitter cosmetically, it's only a matter of time before you accidentally hit it again and it'll be cracked somewhere else. I would try to fix it yourself so you can fix it later down the road. Their are some DIY Carbon Fiber clear coat fixes for Evo 8 rear spoilers that would be a good idea for the work involved.
