OP, I'm not trying to be an ass, but it's so much easier to upload documents rather than to post TSB without context.
Some of the TSB you referenced aren't even applicable to this car, and they only are a fix if the symptoms show up during course of ownership.
Everyone makes a big deal out of TSB, but in reality a dealer can only use a TSB and offer it as a fix when you have a problem with the car. It is not a preemptive fix.
Without looking at the documents themselves (and if you don't how how complicated "Let Me Google That For You" can be, offering Google as a solution isn't a solution)... it's just a bunch of numbers without context.
