Agreed. And thanks to the car's very reasonable price, it's likely a first MT for many of its owners. They're going to be hard on the transmission until they learn to drive it smoothly.
I've never tried a three gear downshift, but I do 4-2 all the time in traffic, generally when a second lane opens up and I can finally get around the jackass that's been doing 30 in a 45 for the past three miles. It sounds glorious, too, and reminds me that I really
do need an aftermarket exhaust.
