Cat piss is very very difficult to remove. The crystals in the piss is the problem. It won't necessarily harm the metal, but any carpet, foam, or cloth will need to be replaced. I have a lot of experience with cleaning it. Baking soda and vinegar is your friend. At the end of the day it is just a car. I love my girlfriend and my cats. I would give up my car in a heartbeat for them.

You can also use an organic stain removal product. It contains a good bacteria that could help. Luckily, auto carpet is unlike house carpet and you may be able to save it.
