Bad situation there. Other than trying to properly resolve the situation, I see a few red flags from the detailing job itself:
- No paint correction done before applying Opticoat which should've happened. Detailer indicates that the swirls must've showed up only after removal of the wax and the wax probably hid them.
- One handed buffing should never happen.
- Proper inspection before delivering the vehicle to the owner would've revealed the swirls and should have been corrected beforehand.
