I am asking for opinions that given a choice, do you sit low or high in this car.

I sit as low as I can in any car I drive on track or street. Sitting higher is only necessary when you are really short like my wife. At that point she can't see over the dash so raising her seat makes sense. To me the fact that you feel you need to raise your seat to see says you're not looking far enough ahead as a driver. Also like some of the other people said sitting lower helps you feel the car better.
