Is there any way you can place a metal (aluminum) heat shield directly above the headers (not touching)? If you could do this you would reflect a majority of the heat off the headers and away from the intake. Might help quite a bit especially when in power and making heat. Maybe even see if Nameless would make an "upgrade" that would allow people to add in a heat shield.
