Here's where the main issue was; it's passable now though. Only had about 1 mm gap between the header clamp and the crank pulley (the header is a modular 2-piece design).

Phil put the blocks to it and widened the gap to about 4 mm. Of course, it's tight where the overpipe passes over the frame too and the cat is very close to an electrical connector and other items which he protected with heat reflective Aluminum tape. So far, so good.
It definitely does what it's supposed to do though. In conjunction with the openflash tablet, the torque dip is completely gone. low to Mid range is very solid now and there's a bit more on top too I think. Feels a little flat between 5-6 k though, but this agrees with the posted Dynos (not worse than stock, just no gains there). Maybe Vishnu could do more there in subsequent tune updates?
I would now say the car feels adequately fast.
