Doesn't matter. The more important thing is to go and learn at any of those venues. Autocross and HPDE are controlled environments. An instructor will help teach you the basics of track vision, safety, and lines. Without these, people do stupid things.
The best learning tool is actually sitting with a safe driving instructor and have them show you the lines, brake/gas points, and how to pass safely. You'll realize that modification is a pinpoint activity to increase reliability, safety, and fun, not just the thrill of a one hit wonder.
