I had hit a curb with my previous vehicle, which required the rear hub to be replaced. As well, the turbo was replaced at 21,000 miles (was not even necessary. Service department just did not know what else to do to fix the issues I was having). None of this showed up on the CARFAX. Neither did any of my oil changes, that were performed by the dealership /facepalm

Bottom line, I trust CARFAX about as much as a car salesman's knowledge on a vehicle, which 90% of the time is ZERO!

Had a car salesman think my Chevy Cobalt SS was a Ford, even though the Chevy emblem was gold and the car was black and another salesman told me the FR-S could outrun my Cobalt SS in a straight line /facepalm
Another reason why I did not buy from that dealership and got a BRZ instead.
