Nah man, I would be picky as well. As far as dents, I think they should be taken out completely (if possible) as if nothing happened. I haven't had experience with PDR, but I would assume any reputable person would spot all of them in the first place.
As far as nicks or deep scratches caused by the hail, that's another story.
