It might be you dislodged a hose sound tube ect or have a small vacuum leak in the intake tube where maf sits cause when you were manipulating air box to get filter in.
In your log the high fuel trims are only around idle and below 1000 rpm elsewhere when your on the throttle trims look ok but AFR looks slight lean for OFT tune at top end your mid 12 afr usually shiv tunes run a bit richer than that.
check all the hoses and clamps, sound tune and resonator connection in intake area
it could also be an exhaust gasket leak as @ Malt said you wont always hear it but sometimes you can smell it

To be honest I have no idea what my ltft looked on regular 91. As soon as I got my OFT I ran empty, filled up with E85 and flashed stg 2 el tune. Drove easy until trims leveled out, ltft below 10 and figured I was good. Once I ran that first E85 tank empty, I installed the HKS filter and filled up again. Then things started looking funny. Maybe nothing is wrong, I wouldnt know. Thats why I'm asking for your guys help. Input from Shiv himself would be nice.
