Cool Vehicule information displayed on HU ?

Sup guys,
Saw a video on CarThrottle about a car and his GT86 working for HKS. The guy seemed like a true enthousiast but what really caught my eye in this video was the HKS Piggyback he was using, F-CON iS, which basically not only acts as a piggyback (duh) but can also export data over video on a screen, which means that one could export Torque-like data on his HU instead of having to run a tablet/smartphone mounted. The only thing is, I don't need piggyback functions and HKS are usually overpriced, I'm just looking for a device that could do all the logging and exporting to video. Any ideas ?

Here's the device I'm talking about : http://www.hks-power.co.jp/en/produc.../is/index.html

And here's the video in question (Skip to 4:10 to see a quick example of the piggyback in action) :
