Other things like an AOS or larger oil pan is not nessecary, but helpful.
Another thing, there was a mighty car mod video about painting your intercooler black which lead to lower temps at a standstill.

Reading the OP's posts on this site, it is my opinion that a new WRX/STI would be a much better option for him. I am not sure he is prepared yet for the responsibility of a forced induction BRZ/FR-S.
