the funny thing is that is that "bike pumps" have been around since the dawn of the tire! How people can think that it wouldn't work on a car tire is just silly.

as a kid back home there was no such thing as an electric pump, all car tires, by everyone, were pumped using the "foot pump"

and fuck, I'm not even 30 yet...


but the real problem is not no pressure but VOLUME, car tires have much more volume than a bicycle tire.. and not all "foot pump's" are created equal either.

"a few pumps" is very optimistic, it certainly will take quite a bit but in a lot of cases the net time won't be all too different than using one of those cheap pumps.. also, NO NOISE!
