FYI, to be legal for SCCA stock you also have to be within 1/4" (6.35mm) of the stock 48mm offset, so the Daylite is no good.

I'm looking at Kosei K1-TS. Kosei lists them as available in 17x7, 42mm offset, 5x100/114.3 and they should be ~$200 and ~15lb but I can't find a source yet at this offset.
