An 86 is a drivers car, the wrx no matter how sporty is still a sports sedan. The brz is lightweight, nimble, certain turbo kits exemplify the cars lack of power without upsetting much of the car's balance. I haven't driven the new wrx but I'd be hard pressed to say you feel the road more in the 2015 wrx more than the brz.

A turbo brz will have room to grow power wise, anywhere from 260ish whp to built motor limits E85 and a buttload of boost. While that may be applicable to the wrx as well, the compression in this motor helps with response in non boost acceleration.

Not to mention the brz looks amazing.
The wrx looks like a corolla with quad exhaust.
