I really don't understand why the 12'o clock grip has to be exclusively associated with douchebaggery... I am in no way a douchebag (IMO, anyway :3) but I find the single overhand grip to be comfortable for cruising on the highway, mostly because the weight of my arm is supported by the wheel.

Back to main topic, I usually prefer 9 and 3, because racecar, but sometimes do one hand on 8 and the other resting on the ebrake during casual driving.

I see most SUV-touting soccer moms (along with grandmas and small Asian girls) doing the 10 and 2'o clock position, sitting way too close to the wheel and struggling to see over it. Looks ridiculous
