Does that rule out the BRZedit option? anyone ever bought a tuner kit to work with a brzedit tuning?
From what I've gather being a forum whore, the JR tune is MAF based. But, it's at the absolute limit of what the MAF housing can do before the air flow gets turbulent and therefore causes the MAF to become unreliable. Based on that, other tuning options should be able to work, but they wont be able to make any more power than the OEM tune from JR. To the best of my knowledge all of the aftermarket tunes are a hybird of MAP/MAF which allows for more power.

There was hinting of a larger MAF housing, either from JR or another company. That would allow other tuning options to work. I'm surprised Shiv hasn't jumped at this. A MAF housing should be easy enough to make and would further broaden his market share.
