CSG Mike! We're sure you already know this, settings for on-track and street use are very subjective and depend on many variables. This also includes the recommended height, if these were strictly for on-track only use we could have recommendations, however, the beauty of a coilover shock is that you can adjust it to your preferences - i.e. driving style, comfort, appearance etc.
