IMO some cars are more fun to drive on public roads without having to go past 4500 rpms and I love that. From my experience 4 cylinder high revvers is not one of them. When I test drove a 2011 3.8 track I was grinning from ear to ear without surpassing 4500 rpms because handling was good and power was great. In the FRS/BRZ it loses torque in one of the most important parts of a DD powerband around 3k-4800 rpms. Hell even most reviews say the car is boring to drive unless you wring its neck. If I have to do that all the time I would be pissed.
