To speed up learning do about 3 easy steady partial throttle (not wide open) runs in 2nd or 3rd gear from about 2000 rpm to 5000 RPM and your IAM will get to one.
the knock looks pretty minimal, but with your driving below 2500 rpm steady throttle then just going WOT to the higher rpm the ecu is not getting to learn, it learns much faster in "closed loop mode " ie steady throttle driving/cruising (non wide open throttle) but you just need to up the rpm a bit while your cruising.
