I'm with the FI or not crowd. By adding in a bypass to switch back and forth you are asking for boost leaks when running the supercharger. As for swapping the belt or an electric clutch setup you are baking the oil in the SC when you are driving, it is not the same as when you park the car. Oil works best when it is continuously circulated.
Do you NEED more power on the track? Have you upgraded you suspension and tires? When people ask about how to make their car faster there are four things I normally see from knowledgable people. Driver, brakes, tires, suspension.
