then on track day change intake routing back, put on long belt & replace ECU tune.

Why would you need the extra power only on the track? Are you doing time trials or just trying to win an HPDE cup? The JRSC runs a relatively low amount of horsepower and an even lower amount of torque that I don't see causing any kind of wear & tear or reduction in engine life for daily driving.
