So on the day I picked up my FR-S the sales guy pointed out a "defect" with the car. Seems that while it was still in raw steel someone dropped a hammer or big ol' wrench on the door sill. So there was a dent. You seriously have to be looking for it to see it, and the light has to be -just- right for it to show up in a photo:
So I took it over to the service department to see if they could fix it. Turns out that since it's in a bend in the sheet metal, they'd have to change out
the entire fricking panel to fix it. Not worth it.
So they offered to compensate me for this horrible defect.
Sliding center console arm rest:
Clear bra on nose and first 18" or so of the hood:

The trailing edge of the clear bra is -just- in the shadow, barely visible.
I probably could have pushed for more (changing out the door sill panel would have cost a small fortune) but seriously, I feel like I'm stealing from them as it is, the defect is so small.
