Initially, after driving in the autocross event, Leon wasn't very impressed by the car, but after the track day he thought, "what a fun and rewarding car to drive!"

Below are some more of his thoughts:

Quote:
It is a very easy car to drive at the limit, slides are easily correctable and predictable. Initially, I had little confidence in the brakes caused by coming in hot into turn 7 and just not stopping. I had to drive off into the runoff. After that, I increased braking distances but started reeling them in as the day went on. At the end of the day, I felt satisfied with the brakes as far as what the stock system can do. Sonoma is fairly easy on brakes so I experienced no fade. The pedal stiffened up, if anything, as the brakes were being applied. The biggest bottleneck on this car was the tires, by far. Once it has stickier tires, I’d recommend more aggressive brake pads.

This chassis is really capable and given some extra grip and braking power, it will be a monster on this track!
