I emailed the local Scion dealer and he states:
"Since 2010, all Toyota’s and Scion’s have the ability to turn VSC and TRAC off by holding the VSC button for at least 5 seconds until TRAC off and VSC off illuminate on the instrumentation panel."
Hoping this is the truth.
