We are leaning towards drilling holes in the pinch weld of the crash beam. You would need about a foot long drill bit to hit the condenser.

Reasons behind decision:
-This will reduce the cost of the kit by shortening the length of the machined splitter tie
-This will move the ties/bracket as far away from any oil coolers, intercoolers, etc. that are installed in the front.
-For a BRZ it will require no cutting of the grill at all (and it may not require any cutting with an FR-S, not sure yet).

I'll have further pictures up tonight hopefully, it really will be a fairly straight forward install . But if collectively no one likes the idea, I will switch gears towards the riv-nut idea.
