Um, there was never a 300Z, only a 300ZX which was sold from 1984-1989 as the Z31 and 1990-1996 as the Z32 in the U.S.
I think they ought to leave the 370Z to be a competitor to the GT coupes like the Genesis, Mustang and Camaro and build a separate BRZ competitor, calling it the Silvia/###SX ("###" signifying whatever the displacement number in liters is). They already have a 1.6L turbo in the Juke; it would be perfect to put in a little sports car!
