Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, Ultimate Wax, and more review

Hey guys, I also did a bit of polishing this weekend and waxed with Meguiar's Ultimate Paste Wax. Lightly clay barred the hood, bumper, and headlights with lots of quick detailer and soap. Polishing was done with the Meguiar's G100 Dual Action Polisher and the Microfiber DA correction / polishing system, also hand polishing was done in some spots with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. I only worked the front of the car to test out the new products, I'm going to do the rest of the car later in steps.

Picture was taken at sunset:

Products I bought / used:

Meguiar's Brilliant Solutions Paint Restoration Kit: If you need detailing essentials then you should buy this kit. Includes Quick detailer, Clay bar, (2) Supreme Shine towels, Gold Class liquid wax, Gold Class shampoo, Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, and a foam applicator. It cost $20. This kit is packed with value.

Meguiar's Microfiber Correction System starter Kit: with my old G100 Dual Action polisher. The DA Microfiber Correction Compound included with this is so awesome, these new polishes break down and wipe off very easily, especially if you use a little quick detailer spray. Cleans great with the microfiber pad cutting disk with the DA polisher on medium speed and wipes off easily after about over a minute of polishing. I had to remove a couple holograms from a light dent repair work done earlier, so I went with this as what I'd consider the more aggressive step using the cutting disk and it cleaned up great.

Though considering how soft this paint is, if you're just removing light swirls and scratches then I recommend using the finishing disk with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound instead, it's a bit softer and less aggressive on the paint, and it will get the job done as easily. You can also use Ultimate Compound as a hand polish with a foam applicator on the tighter areas around the headlights and foglight housing.

Meguiar's Ultimate Paste Wax it's a synthetic blend. It's kind of weird feeling, not very slick after it cures. But when it's in the sun, your car looks like a melty crayola color explosion. Excellent protection. Includes a foam applicator and a small supreme shine towel.

Anyway I'm pretty proud of my new detailing collection so here it is all well arranged:
