Driving a sub from any amp without a low pass filter will sound like shit and potentially damage the speaker. Bridged or not doesn't matter. As far as bridging goes, as long as the amp can support it and you match the impedance of the signal with the resistance of the speaker, it's not a big deal. It might raise the THD a little, but at 30 Hz that's not really a problem.
