In all honesty I shudder a bit every time I see a Subaru with an air-air intercooler on top of the motor.
The setup I would like to see is the positive-displacement supercharger from the first photo, with a better IC arrangement. I don't know if they could do an effective front-mount with it, otherwise a top-mount water-air, with a front-mount rad/cooler (and maybe some ice in the tank). That would make for a really nice to drive setup.
The other two are centrifugals which I really don't get. It's like the compressor half of a turbo driven by a belt.
What I'm waiting for is for someone to make a twin-screw positive displacement with an integrated intake manifold and water-air IC, for a factory-style install right on top of the motor.
