I hope you guys aren't talking inHg because you both definitely have a vacuum leak if you are. These motors should be pulling -19 to -20 inHg at idle and can go higher when off throttle in high vacuum situations. Remember not every boost/vacuum gauges reads in inHG and PSI though.
