I'm looking at the service manual and all I can find says that this bolt takes two turns, one at 15ft*lbs, and after that a 90 degree turn. See attachment. Am I looking in the wrong place?

It is 94ft lbs. BTW there is a sticky in the DIY section that you really need to look at regarding the crank pulley.
