I used USAA and Costco for my last two buys, and I end up getting cars at a fart over invoice. And then I pitted two dealerships against each other for the value they were going to give me on my trade-in.
I've never used them but it looks like car max does the same thing. Never walk into a dealer without an internet guaranteed price from a car buying service, the old dealership model is dead forever to me.
