I brought the vehicle in for service when it began making a squealing noise. The service advisor immediately diagnosed it as the fuel pump without letting any qualified tech look at it or even opening the hood. He told me it was safe to drive until the replacement pump came in even though I told him it did not sound like the fuel pump that they had already replaced a few months ago. After going back and forth he insisted I come back a few days later and would not take the vehicle in. The next day the pulley broke apart. Negligence on them with an employee overstepping his job description. Lawyer called.....10 minutes later free water pump and diagnostic testing.
