Looks like a nice carport. Just be sure to anchor it down very well into the concrete. A strong wind can move it and damage your car and surrounding property. I live in south Florida with a carport attached to a mobile home and they are the first thing to go in a strong storm, usually hurricane force, even if anchored properly. Even if your area does not get strong storms, it must be anchored securely. Carports are wind magnets but will help protect your car from the hot Florida sun.
Sounds like a great idea, though!
