With minimal camber, 245 on 17x9 +45 will look fine. If you put a lot of camber, 17x9 +35 with 245 will look masterful.
You can put a 225 tire on a 17x9, but you will need a high performance tire or R-comp to fill it up nicely, otherwise stick to @
michael_king 's suggestion.
