I'm slightly below the brake, I would say you're completely fine. Easy check is to put it into gear (while stepping on clutch) - first time around you'll feel the transmission kick back a bit - take it back into neutral (still on the clutch) and back into gear - should be seamless, and will not have the transmission 'clunk' from the first time. If you left off the clutch then back into gear, it will 'clunk' again.
