I don't disagree, but this vs routing the a/c into the intake would be about the same complexity. Besides, an intercooler will become more necessary if this system upgrades allow us to see higher psi. I can't remember where it was but Rob posted a video showing one ESC feeding another and was hitting (I think) 12 psi. It's one of the reasons I will be relocating the starter battery, instead of going 1.5. Improvements in motor, controller, compressor, or energy requirements are likely, but will require space under the hood. We already know that the tq300 is in the test phases, there is no telling what the Phantom, or any ESC will be capable of in 3 years. It would be a great improvement if we could just hold max boost through the whole rev range, but that would require compressor improvements, and motor controller adjustments to prevent over-boost at low revs. I am definitely no expert on the subject, but I have been watching the other ESC thread, and the ideas and innovations they are working on can only benefit this setup.
