I have the JDL UEL header, JDL 2.5" overpipe, JDL 2.5" catted frontpipe, stock midpipe, and TRD quad-tip muffler. So right now I have 1 cat and 1 resonator but I'd like to make it just a little quieter.

It's got the nice low rumble that I love, but for me (an old fart) it seems to be just a little on the loud side. It's not something that I can't live with, but if I could easily make it better then I think I'd want to try.

Would swapping back in my stock frontpipe, thus adding 1 more resonator in the mix, quieten it a little? I still have all my stock pieces and would be fairly easy to do...but I don't want to even go to that trouble if it won't gain me anything. I would have to add an O2 bung behind the stock cat if I add the stock frontpipe back in...I have my second O2 sensor mounted behind the cat on the JDL frontpipe.

Any thoughts?
