I would eat a thousand PJ sandwiches a day for this car. No issues there. Just logistics. I have X amount of time, and X amount of dollars I can make. Not trying to rob the dealer. I doubt he will come down and I certainly don't expect a better price. I never asked for Invoice, I only made sure I got MSRP.

My "in demand" 2006 Civic Si was 2 grand more, I thought it was the best I could do, so I bought it, but then that same week in another town down it was MSRP. Guess how stupid I felt. So I've learned that paying extra is complete BS, no matter how hot the car is. There is always a dealer who will do MSRP.

While perhaps this car is a bit more in demand than my SI was, there are already quotes of upping production. By next year, I expect production to catch up with demand. But that is just a guess. Depends really. My impression is that cars like this are never discounted, they don't have massive production runs and overstock, so its pretty even with production and demand. But they will catch up to the massive demand, they like making money.
