I doubt you can just change from Limited to Premium. You would be giving up your 7th spot in line to put yourself at the back of the queue for Premiums if they aren't already filled up.
If I was you I would save what you could between now and when the car comes in and if you don't have enough, explain the situation and see if there's some compromise you and the dealer can come to.
