So like, not really sure how it works everywhere but I'm pretty sure where I live you can't get HID's in your vehicle unless it comes that way from the factory.
Seems to different between factory, aftermarket, retrofit, etc. for some. All I know is that I'll probably be ratting out FR-S owners who put in aftermarket HID's if they are illegal because I hate, hate, hate being blinded by poorly installed HID's because people think they are the coolest thing in the world but are too cheap to get a car that has them.
