Given your area, I also highly recommend US 250 from Stuanton, VA to Huttonsville, WV, or thereabouts. I did that in lieu of the Dragon last year, and wasn't the slightest bit disappointed (the elevation changes are amazing... and quick).

I had a set of PSS on my NC for a street setup. I loved them. I'm planning on getting a set of 17x7 RPF1s and 225 PSS on the BRZ in the near future.
