The premium seats cloth looks like a similar material to the newer WRX seats and should be good at repelling stains.
Whether or not you like any of these is your own opinion. At least from my own experience bolstering and seating position matter more than seating material when it comes to keeping you in your seat during spirited driving.

Alcantara is usually pretty good but the discussion was around Premium seats which people are saying is "premium cloth". From the pictures it looks quite a bit more "slippery" then the "basic cloth" of the Scion.
Unfortunately you can't get Alcantara seats without leather bolsters so it's also not ideal for me at least. Leather bolsters in my opinion are actually the worst since those wear out the fastest.
