You obviously have alignment issues that the dealer needs to resolve. Vibrations would lead me to suspect problems with the wheel not just the control arm. Ultimately the dealer needs to correct the root cause of the alignment and vibration issue. Free alignments and rotations are only to keep you happy with their inability to find the issue. I suggest taking it to another dealership or a qualified subaru tech who isn't going to overlook an obvious mechanical problem.

The first time I went in they told me it was a bent rim causing all the problems. I bought two new passenger side wheels with nothing getting resolved. I just moved back from San Diego and the car is in the dealer I bought it from now and I'm hoping I get a little more help. I will update when the car is returned to me..... (7th service for same problem in under 18 months) should I go after lemon law?
