Scion Pure Pricing doesn't mean a car can only be sold at MSRP, it just means that a dealer advertises a price (on TV ads, internet, street signs, wherever), that is the price you pay. No haggling. I've seen Scions on sale for less than MSRP, just every single one at that dealer is the same price.
