I don't think you can say that of many. A few sure, but not all. And the opposite is true, there are posts in the FR-S forum that they will buy the FR-S because "it's a toyota and I have loyalty to them".

For me the cliff notes are:
-Like the BRZ front more
-Want the limited's seats
-Don't give a crap about Nav
-Want the HIDs
-Like the look of the DZCC but functionality wise I don't care.
-Like the keyless entry but like DZCC, it's nice, but I don't consider it an absolute need.
-Even though the spoiler isn't great, I like it better than the plain rear end.

So basically, the only pro of the FR-S for me is the price. The features I want are in the BRZ. The badge never enters the equation.

Also, if you read tranz post that you replied to, in 6-9 months, the BRZ Premium will be mere hundreds more, if not the same price (or less with VIP) than the FR-S. So in the end, many won't pay anything additional for the BRZ Premium.
