BRZ is a better value, IMHO, but the difference is almost negligible. I loled at the third option and even more so when I saw people voted BRZ 2:1.

Not to mention that will put you half way towards a great set of coilovers, or one hell of a stereo system that would put the BRZ's to shame.

So don't stress out too much.
If it was just Nav and HIDs it would be worth the cost if that is what you want. I like the BRZ more myself, but I don't need Nav or HID.

4. Preference in suspension setup for the FR-S because I plan on keeping the suspension stock until time to replace components from wear.
5. Availability - the BRZ will be sold in a much more limited quantity than the FR-S = MUCH longer wait time to get one. Subaru themselves have said they want the BRZ to be a rarer sight than the FR-S on the roads.
6. Subaru dealership - only one, way far away : plenty of Toyota/Scion dealership close by in comparison.
No# 6 is what gets me the most. I could wait, weight difference and price is small. But the nearest dealership is well over an hour. Annoying.
